  • A refundable 60% deposit is required before procurement or manufacturing begins.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but may vary due to customs clearance, freight availability, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where required under the Consumer Protection Act.

9. Warranty

Where applicable, machinery, equipment and electronic products include a limited manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty.
